- Setting up RabbitMQ

- To use celery we need to create a RabbitMQ user, a virtual host and
- allow that user access to that virtual host::
- $ rabbitmqctl add_user myuser mypassword
- $ rabbitmqctl add_vhost myvhost
- $ rabbitmqctl set_permissions -p myvhost myuser "" ".*" ".*"
